Give your child more Water or Fluids

And one of the easiest solutions is to help them stay hydrated by increasing their water intake every day. However, carbonated drinks just like soda are not the kind of fluids you should provide them because they will worsen their situation.

Inspire them to have physical activities

Having regular movements helps our body to stimulate bowel movements. Some children, especially toddlers, once started playing with their blocks or stuffed toys or are watching television or on their gadgets in the corner they tend to stay there as long as they want.
